However, the Meshify C can take up to three 120mm fans on the front, so that’s up to you, it would be more cooling (3x120mm > 2x140mm). Remember, the Meshify – C comes with two 120mm fans included (one pre-installed on the front, one pre-installed on the rear). In addition, the rear fan mount can only accept a single 120mm fan , not 140mm.
The PSU fan pulls air from the bottom: You don’t want the fan to be blocked off by the cover inside the Meshify C . From the options that you gave, I would also do 3 as intakes in the front and one exhaust fan .

2/7/2019 · Definitely had some serious negative pressure in my last setup , dust everywhere including exterior cracks. So I’ve done a little research on air flow, goal is slightly positive pressure, as many guides and videos recommend. Building in a Meshify C case, I purchased 2 extra 140mm Fractal Venturi fans (118cfm) for intakes on the front bottom.
